Up Up and Away!

Hello everyone...

So, we went from rainy, miserable, overcast- to not a cloud in the sky and warm? How about that for tricky New England weather? Tricky photo taking too! Mind you... I will never complain of sun shine and warmth... but trying to find the appropriate photo (especially "looking up") can be interesting. Here are some more from the past couple weeks. I'm heading out to snap away this afternoon too and will post more tomorrow!

PS) Any feedback on night photos is greatly welcomed. I have taken at least 30 shots of the moon on different nights and they all are blurry! Outside of a tripod are there any settings on the camera I could use?

  1. It is important to use a tripod... if you don't have one then the next best thing is to raise your ISO up as high as it will go on your camera. The main issue is to use a fast enough shutter speed so you don't show camera shake due to a slow shutter speed.

This series is quite nice... looking up. I like the clean and spare sensibility. Well done.
